Run With Me

Running is something I believe everyone can do if they have the right coaching. My first 5k Park run back in 2017 took me 27 minutes and I was a sweaty mess by the end of it. 

Fast forward to now and my Personal Bests stand at:

5km - 15:56

10km - 31:39

Half Marathon- 1:10:45

Marathon - 2:30:54

They’re times I’m extremely proud of because it shows hard work pays off! 

I’m also convinced that anyone is capable of achieving much more than they think with the right plan and discipline. 

If you have a race coming up or you’d like to get into running then I offer personalised running plans to help give you the structure and guidance in an easy to follow plan. 

I also offer one to one running coaching so I’m present in your key running sessions to help guide you through the session and help give you any tips on form or pacing that’ll help you in the long run.
